About The Bag

  • The heart of Goldie is our removable, washable insert. Motherhood is beautifully messyβ€”and we designed a bag that can keep up. The insert lifts right out so you can easily clean it after each use, helping prevent stains, lingering smells, and the β€œI-don’t-want-to-use-that-today” feeling. It’s the cooler bag you’ll reach for every day, not just the pretty one sitting in your closet.

  • The removable insert is seam-sealed, leak-resistant, and fully wipeable, designed to handle spills while keeping moisture contained.

    As a reminder: use ice packs, not loose ice, for best performance.

  • With ice packs, the Goldie Bag keeps items chilled for hours. Duration varies based on temperature, what you pack, and how often the bag is opened.

  • Absolutely! The tote + basket system was designed for versatility:

    • Use them together for optimal insulation

    • Carry the tote alone as your everyday bag

    • Or use the basket alone as a lightweight, wipeable catchall for mom-life essentials

    Sized intentionally to carry everything you needβ€”without being bulky or cumbersome.

  • Interior: Remove the insert and wipe with mild soap and warm water.

    Exterior: Our waxed canvas naturally shows light marksβ€”that’s part of its charm. Gently rub scratches with your hand to warm the wax and they’ll soften. We chose materials that wear in, not out.

    Leather accents: Maintain with a leather conditioner as needed.

    Machine washing is not recommended.

  • Yesβ€”most breast milk bags and standard-size bottles fit with room for ice packs and snacks.

  • Yes! It fits under most airline seats and overhead bins, making it perfect for travel days with kids.

  • Bags will ship in January 2026. You’ll receive email updates throughout production and fulfillment.

  • We accept unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Currently, we ship within the U.S.

  • Yes. Goldie offers a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

    • This includes issues like broken hardware, zipper malfunctions, or stitching defects.

    • Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidents, or damage from misuse (including using loose ice instead of ice packs).

    • If you believe you have a warranty issue, email info@thegoldiemom.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of you.
