Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to LOVE your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@thegoldiemom.com with the word Return and your order number in the subject line and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Conditions for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Cost of shipping for your returned item will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
